Last time i rang up i was on hold for 25 mins, then as soon as i got through to someone it just went dead. rang back and was waitin another 20 mins and put through to someone i couldn't even understand.. It's an arse ache for somethin that I don't use that often anymore.

I rang up Microsoft on Saturday and they said do I want them to email me some postage labels, or mail them, I said E-Mail em but aint had em yet. Don't know if I can be arsed with the hastle tbh. The hold music is a load of old arse.
