^^ as above! As much as i love my car, if anything went wrong (touch wood!) there is no way i could justify spending 3k per year to insure it! I'd just get myself a little diesel or 1.2, run that for a year, save all my beans for when the insurance costs are sensible!

Dave, i went for Black diamond Grooved discs, renaultsport pads, and the brake dust is non existant and the stopping power is ten times better than standard! I got the pads from work (about £25) and got the discs from www.motorsportworld.co.uk for about £150. Fitted by a mate for £20!! Can't...
