The Title question is 'whats faster in a race' not 'which car is quicker'.
If you ask a question 'what is faster in a race?' then surely you are implying that you race??!!
Who gives a fcuk??! If its saxo west coast's and clio 1.4's, the chances are their racing up and down the high street anyway the retarded little chavs.
I have the above, and not too long ago, i spunked £310 on a stainless cat back stealth system. To cut a long story short, its w@nk. Well, its not now, because its been back twice, and the mechanics in work have fettled with it so it now sits perfectly, and makes all the right noises...
no!
Are you insane??! ;)
look at the pic from the back, the bumper has been pushed right under, so the 'slight dent in the tailgate' is a rear end shunt! Thats probably all that cars worth anyway, even in undamaged condition.
^^ as above!
As much as i love my car, if anything went wrong (touch wood!) there is no way i could justify spending 3k per year to insure it!
I'd just get myself a little diesel or 1.2, run that for a year, save all my beans for when the insurance costs are sensible!
Grouse? I don't think i'd even know what one of those was, even if i did run it over (unless it had a bottle of whisky in its hand and was doing a dance!)
DanPage, sorry about the car mate, don't let it curb your enthusiasm!!
is it true that if you run a deer over, you are not allowed to stop and pick it up, but the driver of the next car that passes, is perfectly entitled to?
(trying to lighten the mood!)
Red ph 1 172's are by far the best colour!!! That one in pistonheads looks sooooooooooooo nice!!! (mental note to say sorry to my silver on when i get home)
Dave, i went for Black diamond Grooved discs, renaultsport pads, and the brake dust is non existant and the stopping power is ten times better than standard!
I got the pads from work (about £25) and got the discs from www.motorsportworld.co.uk for about £150. Fitted by a mate for £20!!
Can't...
