OMP side mounts, OMP sliders I believe. You can use the Sparco ones aswell though. Ring Tweeks up (using the trader account on here to get a discount ;)) and ask them. They'll happily tell you what will work / what won't. If you want pictures click on my thread (click on the 'cammed and caged'...

It's not difficult to run them on sliders. It's more expensive, but not more difficult. I'm running both my Sparco Evo seats on runners.

Of course you can mate. It makes a more noticeable difference on track against non-diffed cars but you'll see the difference pushing hard on the road aswell.
