I've been having ludicrous amounts. Done Luton to Sidcup in the zed today (yes, that's right, 60 odd miles), and popped out to grab a bite, then popped out again to drop the mrs home. I just drove down quite a long section of road 100% sideways giggling like a girl. I love having the track...

I'm at about 113k now! It seems that most with their zed's don't use them much! I'm not really sure on selling up, I might rack up about 17k more then sell it, insurance is cheap this year so why not eh? I'm about to do a full rubbers re-fresh and new tyres so it should be superb for summer...

Good work, the only thing that upsets me at 100k is that cars are so hard to sell.. I'm pretty sure I own the highest mileage 3.0 z4 in the country :(

I love it it says the manual is dead, but no one really explains why. I don't see how it's an advancement, it's just different, and just being different doesn't warrant getting rid of the original one. Is it faster? Sure. Is changing gear as fast as possible any concern to a lot of road car...

I'd take that, sell the wheels to some idiot on ed12734 or whatever it's called, fit standard 18's, put a facelift front gille if it's not already got one, std lights and away you go.

He's dead cheap and the quality is great, what size wheels? I'll get you a price for tyres off if you want? So just drop off, have them done and pick up, you sort the tyres?

Are they two piece? I used a guy Tyler off of here knows and he was very reasonable to acid dip, powder coat and bake, then re-fit tyres.

Definitely fit spots, although the grille on it's own does look sort of cool..

I'm currently creating an asset list for a site, the ipad has saved having to write things down on paper, then copy onto computer after, and it eliminates my band handwriting and allows me to use copy and paste. All with a free spreadsheet app. Boss.

Amazing motor, like really, but I don't get all the split hype.. personally I think some t**t in thick framed glasses decided they were cooler than all other vw campers and everyone went along with it. The attention to detail there looks insane. Why are you kicking in all the recovery etc...

As said if you get it scanned, either by someone on here or by a garage, then it should lead you much further towards the fault.

Throttle position sensor? Throttle body itself? o2 sensor? Lambda sensor? I'm just banding ideas about here.

It's a fair shout, the only question is what's more messy, night out + hotel or camping?
