Hey all, Am in need of a new exhaust and have heard about the RS192 but also heard fred at btm makes a rather nice one for the 182. Just want to see if its worth spending a bit more with Fred at BTM or go for the RS192. Opinions from both owners would be appreciated!

I'll be boring and say save your money, unless you are super keen on them.

I'm averaging 33 ish and not even driving it hard, although think the knackered exhaust isn't helping things.

I just paid 2600 for a mint ish 2005 182, 62k, 2 owners, belts done Nov 11, fsh, exhaust on way out, so will need doing v soon. No tax mind you and MOT due in Aug. I would like to think I got a good deal ; )

That means getting the pressure washer out every other day though!

So the girlfriend is using the car for work, and it seems the car park has a lot of birds flying over. It's a problem for everyone there. Any hints/tips on getting them off? Been going out each night with the mitt and bucket, but if there is a spray or something, I am keen to try anything ; (

Can anyone recommend some good companies in the Maidstone/ Ashford/ Canterbury area for alloy refurbishing? 2 are curbed to hell and back, other 2 have the odd scrape here and there. Ideas of cost would be good as well. Cheers all.

The breakdown chap the other wk mentioned my exhaust was on its way out which I was aware of, however he also said it wouldn't help the MPG. Anyone heard that before? ? Its blowing a bit and is the original on an 05 182.

Only had my 182 for a wk so not sure how the electrics or half the crap works on this car! The radio makes a double beep noise then turns off. I then have to turn the thing on again. It seems to be 20mins or so into a journey. Its a 182 and the standard head unit. Any ideas would be welcome. JC
