But good luck on your rep. There are at least two 5 door reps I've seen so your not alone. I reckon it will look nice, just please lose the exhaust!! Lol
Hi and welcome. I have a 182 (slightly newer and 'more power' lol)
Mines my daily driver and I love it. As said above, make sure belts have been done and general checks as in guide. You won't be disappointed at all!!!! I average 34-37mpg and that's better than my mini cooper, and 10000000x more...
Yeah I've just realised 50mm is tiny!! Lol. Thanks for the advice, will a hairdryer work? Any other tips? really want to have a go and get the bits done. I'll get that ordered Tuesday to start.
Does anyone have any idea how much stuff the 50x50mm sheet would do? Provided it all goes well?
I would like the bullets, both diamonds, dash and steering wheel trims and gearknob. Would it theoretically be enough?
Thanks in advance
I used srp to get some scratches out the missus's car, worked well after a bit of work, then did my whole car in it, really impressed, nice beading and lasts. Just need to invest in something to go on top of it. Something decent but not too much cost!!
The spoiler or splitter? My splitter is still on but in 3 pieces. Lol Might have a go at fixing it when I have the patience or may just put a skoda one on instead.
I thought about a 225, but the insurance was a joke!! Plus the Clio is more enjoyable imo.
Your Clio looked lovely, love black gold especially with the cup wheels. Need mine doing!!
Good to hear!! Lol luckily it seems ok at the minute.
Do you work at Cannock? I spoke to a technician there who had a 172, so there must be loads around here!
I hope it wasn't this one... It was clear on the hpi check so shouldn't be...:dapprove:
This one has spent it's life over redditch way and serviced at hyltons Renault.
When I got it i met their 'Renault specialist' who used to work for hyltons and he remembered it from sale to about 2 years ago...
Yeah just go for 60mm, a lot cheaper and would look very good. I like the ride height as it is, loved my 1.2 when it was lowered 40mm. looks awesome compared to what it was!!
