You may have to put the standard map back on to get it mapped elsewhere as the rstuner locks the ecu.

Have you sorted your cut out yet?

Could be either bent rear arms or missing rear washers behind discs. When was the last time the rear discs/bearings were changed? Best to get a four wheel alignment done and post a photo of the printout on here.

To stop the mating face of the front spacers doing the same again, give them a smear of copper grease/slip.

Up to you, most will say don't, but if you only do two thin coats the paint is really not that thick, so tolerances should be fine.

POR15 is great for thinly coating parts.
