I was talking to a lad at a show the other week about the clio and he had been looking at punto supersports and a week later there one at another gathering. The stickers were a bit ott but the colour was really nice and I do like the look of them.

Just spotted this thread, great read so far. I really like these meg's, they look property purposeful and follow on the fat arches from the mk3 clio well imo and the photos of it on the ring look fantastic. I'd love one one day, but it would have to be flame red 😆.

I spotted a mint s2 106 rallye yesterday. I love seeing toy cars out and about during show season. I might get a dashcam just for car spotting.

There's a posh house with a big garden a couple of miles up the road and they started having classic car shows there a couple of years ago. "classic" being 2010 or older so I snuck the clio in today's show. Didn't take any pics as usual and managed to get a terrible pic of the clio in the rain...

There was 4 that colour at a car show here last year. I looked on the porsche website but couldn't find it. I really like it.

I used it for a year or so after I sent the key away for repair but it always asked for a new battery. It's relegated to emergency use only now and I might even get another one in a month or two so I have two working keys.

Ever since I got the car the dashboard has said the key card needed a new battery. Obviously I swapped it more times than was necessary but the message persisted. Now it's gone. I feel a slight sense of loss, like an old friend has departed but also I'm happy that another fault has been...

I randomly decided to ring an auto locksmith to try and get a working card sorted for the clio. Confucius says that only Renault can supply a fully hands free keycard and they have to be ordered from le Fronce and aftermarket keycards will only start the car when in the dash slot. Turns out...

Went to swap the door handles over on my sons merc since the replacement doors have a chrome strip on the handles and the body shop didn't paint them when they did the doors. But... f**king Germans have to go changing s**t for no apparent reason 🙄. Ffs.

I've seen splatter smoother than @Flob welds 😂. Dan could just walk under the car with the welder though so the job would be easy.

I used the M2 all last week and may well continue to do so because just getting in the clio is a ballache atm. 😂 Otherwise I'm contemplating swapping the BC coilovers for some bilsteins. The cars probably not going to see a track and the bullies on the 182 were great and since fitting the BC's...
