Same as the answer you got on another forum, the seat is a rebranded Corbeau Sprint X. Fixed buckets will never be the best for daily duties but the decent Corbeau seats are fairly comfortable.

I have a gravel driveway to work on and I never use the jack on the gravel, I have a perfectly sized chunk of 22mm marine ply that the jack goes on. Allows it to move naturally, even with the weight of the X5 on it. But then again the Clio was on axles stands on ply on soft grass a few years...

Yeah rather than the old divorced shock and spring setup, the GAZ Golds are a true coilover. OSR has enough space between the spring and body that you could house a small CS.net forum member.

Got around to fitting the rear GAZ Golds today, I know you need to fettle the inner arch/body on the NSR but holy s**t I didn't realise how much you need to beat the living s**t out of it.

Finally got around to starting to fit my Pierre Gasly Golds. OSF went fine, no issues there. NSF has fought me the entire time. I've got the rears to do shortly and I'm expecting that to be a fight too.

Few days ago now but me and a mate beat the ever-loving piss out of the Clio. Burned a litre of oil, 90 litres of fuel, a set of tyres and a set of pads in 200 track miles. What a beast.
