How was the vpn running on the phone, through a web browser or an app? If it was just through a browser, when it came to broadcasting a hotspot it might have been defaulting to your normal mobile data provider. If you use through an app, like Nord or something, then anything on the device that...

Tightened until it stops. I ran the dampers on full soft on the road, that might help.

Ones i've done were fitted as supplied by BC. They do compress a bit. Worth noting/checking that the rubber lip is sitting in the hole.

Ahh ok, all i know is that it says on that sticker to have it on top. I never had any knocking with mine and i've fitted some for @lee M4RSH and @Brett recently with no issues. Have you been able to tighten the lower shock bolt properly, they can be a pain with the Whiteline ARB in the way.

I'm sure the black metal ring with the red sticker goes on top.

I've installed BC's on few Clio's for people now. Can't say I've ever had any knocking issues. Take some pictures of the rear springs on their mounts and it might help identify the problem.

Seal is 85 x 105 x 8 i think, so something around that diameter should work.

You want it to sit about half a turn/thread below the surface.

Top bit isn't threaded, it's just an open hole.

You need to take the mount off first so you can see when the helicoil is in properly 😂 Need to support the sump with a jack.

Goes into the bottom half of the upper cambelt cover, you could just get one of them.
