Yer it's not a big deal and I have a few options 👍

The left one is correct, I just don't have enough of them because they are only fitted to the rear due to running longer bolts on the front for spacers. Now I have removed the spacers To fit the new wheels, I don't have the right bolts to bolt them on at the front.

The one on the right bottoms out in the hub before it tightens up against the wheel.

Test fitted one of the wheels, but I'm have a bit of a mare with the bolts. Genuine is on the left and the ones Andy gave me on the right. When you put them both through the wheel, the ones on the right stick out about 23/24mm on the back of the wheel and the genuine ones sit about 19/20mm...

Some good news! eBay refunded me for the bent wheels, so I will relist them honestly this time and hopefully get £50 or something. Wanted to say a massive thank you to @Andy P I collected the Megane wheels last night and they are mint. Even gave me some wheel bolts to use without my spacers...

After my eBay wheels disaster I'm considering ordering new. What brands are decent? I can get some flow formed Bola wheels for £700 new.

Drove to Devon last night, 9 hour round trip to collect these wheels and three are bent. Spoken to eBay and will go through their channels. £84 per wheel to get them straightened so that's a no go. On the look out for another set before the track day. I should of held off ordering the tyres, oh...

I have played the demo and enjoyed it, I watched some videos online and it's absolutely insane some of the things people build. It's on my list at some point to try properly.

I think this will be the safest setup as I did get a little rubbing on compression at Cadwell so bringing them in a little should help.

Currently running the OE 18 inch wheels 18x7.5J with ET55 and I have 16mm front spacers with Cooksport springs so I believe that brings the offset to ET39? New wheels are 17x7.5J ET46 and I would need to remove the spacers, but I'm not sure what tyre size to go. 215/40/17 215/45/17 225/45/17...

Managed to win some cheap track wheels on eBay. I say track wheels, they are from a Hyundai i40, but for £130 they will do nicely. 17x7.5J ET 46Freshly powder coated, just need to sort out some new wheel bolts as I think I will have to remove the spacers due to the offset.

I thought it was pretty cheap tbh.

This is one of those times when trying to cut costs is a false economy. On a job as important as the cambelt, pay extra and get the right tools.
