sorry not much no. if i sell something does it permantly delete it from the Gear Menu in the settings and i presume there's no chance of picking up the same item later in the game or if i sell them there gone for good?

I havn't even pre ordered the game yet and not sure when to buy it I seen a thumbnail of YouTube one guy has finished the game at around 13 hours, that must be just the story on its own and not doing the side stuff i presume?
