Don't worry about K-Tec, they are made by vibratechnics and I'm fairly certain the red means absolutely nothing other than a hiked price. Had both mounts with a polybushed dog bone and it made the car a lot nicer. JJC rally do them cheap.
...including repairing/replacing anything that isn't right including the timing belt. Putting 6 months tax on it and fitting a brand new vibratechnics gearbox mount, breather tank etc etc.
I am looking for £4000 ono given the work I have done and the parts I have fitted in the above spec but...
Powerflex you can get off ebay or Euro Car parts,
Vibratechnics mounts you can get off ebay too, or from K-Tec with their logo on,
both similarly priced.
...filter fitted and some decent oil used.
I was getting knocking of the exhaust when on and off the throttle as there was just a vibratechnics engine mount fitted. I got a gearbox one and got that fitted. The car feels much tighter now.
All the studs removed, degreased, and refitted with...
...way loose at the hub a few times, the exhaust and box knocking like a c**t when on and off the accelerator (standard g/box mounts and a vibratechnics engine mount is not a good combination) and trying to find a good balance with the damping/tyres it wasn't the most consistent of days but fun...
...Then at a later date you can replace the main engine mount and the upper gearbox mount
with either OEM parts from Renault, or K-Tec/Vibratechnics if you want to upgrade.
Those are all the engine and gearbox mounts, there's only three.
Edit : Jesus I took so long writing that lot the...
I have a vibratechnic top engine mount and it's a bit vibratey
Nice than the previous top engine mounts i previously had!
Also have a powerflex dogbone mount, but standard gearbox mount
On mine I've got standard wishbone and steering rack bushes, solid top mounts, Vibratechnics engine mounts and a yellow Powerflex dogbone mount.
Its perfect, nice to drive with no vibrations.
Couldn't tell you mate, I just upgraded mine when I knew it was to blame,
it stopped the knocking when lifting on and off the throttle,
then I bought Vibratechnics/K-Tec engine mounts which stopped the excessive engine movement I had.
Have you checked the engine for movement?
I had all kinds of knocking from the engine and exhaust manifold on old standard mounts,
as soon as I polybushed the dog bone and changed the engine mounts for K-Tec/Vibratechnics mounts,
it all stopped.

For solid engine and gearbox mounts get Vibratechnics.
Demon tweeks sell them and so do ktec. Same design, but ktec's are black powder coated.

I have a 172 (non cup) with FK Konigsports coilovers, K-Tec solid top mounts, Vibratechnics engine and gearbox mount, uprated dog bone mount.
What suspension components are required to change to keep the car feeling fresh?
To copy...
No mate. I've spent £800 on a ph1 that had just had dephaser and cambelt done.
Spent between £1,000-1,200 on top so far, that has got me buckets/coilovers/service items/seatbelt/cup alternator/vibratechnics mounts/polycarb side windows.
Not sure where 14k came from, or that I weigh 18 stone.

Vibratechnics engine mount won't stop the exhaust hitting the subframe. New or powerflexed dog bone will.
Why start a thread asking advice/views/experience then go against all given and do it any way?? Why ask??
Typical CS style lol
Well the price I get power flex at I'm still going with it. My question was between black series and road not genuine.
Then a vibratechnics engine mount to stop the bloody exhaust hitting the sub frame
