Orings are in the connector, you will need a pick to change them. There is a plastic spacer washer inbetween them from memory. Make sure you give them a good push on until they click in place when refitting and a light pull to check they dont come off. s**t design being honest.

No need to do this/not necessary. I would personally use a lever to move clutch arm, fit cable and reset ratchet. They usually require a bit of a pull

Try the old clutch cable. If thats no good /same length, you might need to revisit the clutch/release bearing and see what has changed

Pull cable on then reset the ratchet when fitted, ratchet will be fully adjusted currently

Yep should get a whiff of coolant inside cab if heater is leaking, can borescope the lower vents in heater box to see if any crystallised coolant deposits
