Best person to supply me with a refurbed 'box with Gripper fitted?

Every one will be different I would imagine. As @NorthloopCup say's, he strips and replaces what's needed. That will depend on the gearbox being supplied.

    Exhaust manifold.

Just the flexi's is usually fine as long as the manifold is checked for cracks. I can't see them wanting to stump up for a manifold, aren't they about £1k?

    Exhaust manifold.

Take it back, tell them to fix it properly. They don't want to because it's a manifold off job to sort.

    Paint thickness gauge

That's relying on the thickness of Primer/top coat being uniform across the car - which is unlikely.

We used this for a collage of baby photos a year or so ago. You just import the photos and position them how you want them.

Tools & Garage Equipment sub forum?

Why would you not be able to undo them at the side of the road? I'm fairly sure you'll be over tightening them if you are just using a wheel wrench, hence making it harder to undo next time. Torque them up to the proper amount (about 120nm?) and they will a) be safe and 2) come undone fairly...

    Sky multiscreen alternatives?

Just upgrade to Sky Q, that's wireless and you don't pay for the use of the second box.

    Another AMG

Only on the performance pack cars though isn't it? Well on the C63's it is anyway. Unless all the E63's got them?

    197 braking issue. (MOT Failure)

It'll be the caliper, both of mine did it. Easy to check the cable, just unhook the end of it from the caliper and see if it moves.

    Timing locking tool

Fair enough, I always had to be the same with my ex! Like I say, with the engine out and on a stand it should be simple enough. There is a guide on here somewhere that gives the procedure and torque settings. I'm sure someone will come along and link it.

    Alloy wheel "painting" in Midlands

Powder coat is only baked at about 200 degrees isn't it? Hardly going to do any damage to the wheels at that temperature. Imagine how hot they must get if you're on track etc? They're bolted straight to the discs that get to the point of glowing red hot - some of that heat must transfer to the...

If the lump is going to be out of the car then it will be much easier as its the access that makes it a difficult job tbh.

    Timing locking tool

Have you ever changed a floating pulley setup before? If not, then I wouldn't attempt it to be honest. For the sake of an extra couple of hundred quid you get the peace of mind that it's done right. If you get it wrong then you'll either a) be down on power or b) you've ruin the engine. You...

All the Renault Sport models have VVT. The F4R engine is used in various cars without the VVT, but none of the Clio's.

    197 Second Cambelt change

Not quite - The early 197's (2006-2008) had the 5 year interval. All 200's have the 6 year interval though.
