Spotted a Lancia Stratos (rep probably) on the M1 yesterday. Unfortunately my chauffeur couldn't get close enough to get a pic.

The machine has a 60 pot carousel, 4m in x, 3 in y, 1.5 in z and 0.75 in w with rotary table with 12 tonne load capacity. I love big jobs 😁.

That's only half the job, it's a gearbox for a crane. The day spakka has already drilled some holes in the wrong place and we've not got onto any of the tight tolerance stuff yet 🙄😂.

If you zoom in there's a pen on the clamp for scale.

Cos that'd make the job look tiny.

It's just mild steel but the job isn't as solid as the test piece I drilled. The outer holes are off the machine table by 400mm🤣.

f**k me this was too stressful 🫣. Noise warning; squeaky sounds! Thats 24mm diameter at 1000 rpm and 600 mm/min feed. It made a different noise in every f**king hole 😩.

I was talking to a lad at a show the other week about the clio and he had been looking at punto supersports and a week later there one at another gathering. The stickers were a bit ott but the colour was really nice and I do like the look of them.

I spotted a mint s2 106 rallye yesterday. I love seeing toy cars out and about during show season. I might get a dashcam just for car spotting.
