Hi Tim, I was just wondering how much your rolling road session was and where you got this done. Sounds like a much better was of doing things than a normal superchip Also are you still running your viper?. Cheers, Chun.

After owning many brands of springs on other cars I wouldnt say the chassis dynamic/ avo springs where lower end I think they improve the standard handling of the car a lot. But I do suspect that my shocks would need replacing very soon. Chun.

Max torque was 139 ib/ft at 5600 rpm. Thats a lot lower torque figure than factory. Chun.

As capt said I suspect oe of my mods isnt doing the power any good. Just a case of finding it now hehe. What do you think of modding the standard induction system?. Fitting bigger bore piping + performance element + heatsheild it. Its just looking at the Mk1 induction system theres more capacity...

If you look at the mk1 tests the car did 0-100 in 17.9 secs. But out on the road 4 seconds doesnt look two big of a difference. Chun.

The induction kit gained 6 bhp in total but caused the air/fuel mixture was too lean at the top end so had to be taken off till Nibk D developed the chip to adjust the fueling. Chun.

Captain I think maybe the piper isnt a whole load better than the standard induction system. It has better heat sheilding but has less capacity and area to absorb air than the standard insuction system. So im currently buying some heat sheilding and a performance element to try out the standard...

Those pedals are standard on 172s. inf1d3l doesnt the air bag light come on?. What have you done to make it switch off?. Chun.

Electronic problems are a pain to sort out. Best get your local garage to have a look. Could a grounding problem, a short, dirty connection, loose connection etc etc. Chun.
