I dont think that lot would make 150Bhp plus. Closer to 140Bhp plus. A decent Fiesta turbo could make more than standard power, so could explain the close race. Chun.

For the best setup in handling , you should really have both front and rear Konis shocks and springs. Having mixed and matched shocks wont be the best setup. Chun.

Tom what does your instruction say?. The last time I had koni adjustables I had to fully compress them to adjust the stiffness of the shock (rear ones). Having a stiffer rear end (ooo) will help with understeer to a certain degree, just make sure its not too stiff. Chun.

I think Capt or BenR will know of its exact location. But I thought it was actually inside the rad itself so you wont be able to see it :). If you want to have a oil cooler make sure it doesnt come on till your oil is pretty hot. Again Capt or BenR will know more about this than me. Cheers...

I use to run group N discs + mintex pads. Best damn setup I ever had, that was on the Astra GSI tho. Never got around to changing the setup on the 172 :D. Chun.

Ermm I think theres a oil cooler on the 172s already. I think theres a oil/water heat exchange system inside the standard rad. The standard cooling system is more than enough to keep the 172 cool. Over cooling it would do more damage than good. Cheers, Chun.
