Why do people still buy “optional” Satnav?
Why pay loads for optional Satnav in new cars, when you can pick-up a basic mobile Satnav like the Tomtom1 for £100?
I’ve just overheard a conversation that someone has just spent £800 on a factory fit Satnav. I can’t see any advantage in buying an...
if a cambelt were to snap most would say that its a "wear" part and would not payout if it snaps or pay to have it changed.
gearboxes, drive shafts, cv joints, all breaking stuff are normaly excluded in the small print
this is what i did.
but imo i should have put it behind the grill. the airflow is just as good and then you dont have to cut the grill. (unless you want the trumpet look)

both my bulbs went then the "balist" (same as starter i think). i think the starters were about 100 fitted. OE renualt bulbs are 120 each !
did them myself and almost cried / killed myself. it was hard!
you can get others cheaper on ebay
why i got rid of mine (also a 52 plate) i could have spent 2500 easy to get back into shape.
it needed about £1000 stuff doing soon + road tax when i px'ed it
