solution, uninstall norton it sucks more then a granny prossi with no teeth, however on a more adult based answer, it might have the sites blocked on a whitelist, try disabling it and check the sites again, however my advice would be use a dif antivirus + firewall solution

i dont think the ph2 looks dated, i think the 197 is dif to the ph2's totaly but each look nice in there own way thats my opinion for what its worth lol
