    would bad engine mounts do this?

    when i start the car in idle it will just stall unless i give it some gas but after the revs will just drop and the car will stall too. the reason i ask if its engine mounts is because i,ve just come form an mot and the advisory problems were bad engine mounts which isnt a fail so i was pleased...
