Spotted a Mk1 Silver 172 Reg: "X313 ***" parked in near the pit area at Castle Combe circuit this afternoon.

Spotted around 5pm. Going the opposite direction to me past Brockenhurst College...

About 5:30pm this evening...

One had private reg starting "N1" and the other was a "54" plate.

Not an RS Clio I know but a pretty rare sight on the roads! I saw this going the other way along Fairmile Road earlier today and nearly crashed into the car in front as I watched the SLR in my mirrors! :)

First one I've seen properly.. looks much better in real life than in pics. :cool:

A girl was driving this when it joined the M27 just behind me this morning at J3, I think, and then went on up the M3 as I turned off the M3 at J13.

Passed you about 6pm by tuckton roundabout...

These new(ish) long-range cams now in the back of vans: I was told by a mate were only ANPR (number plate recognition) cams that checked the PNC (police national computer) for out of date insurance, tax etc... found out the other day that they are speed cams, too. 65 in a 50 limit they got me...

M27 Westbound around J2 about 8:30am this (Wed) morning...

Dont use it often but tried it the other morning on the way to work on the M27 and it kept on switching off after about 10secs. The switch jad popped back to the central position which seemed to cancel it. I dont use it often like I said so is the switch meant to stay in position? if it is then...

I noticed that mostly the Oil ok(or whatever it says) text appears when I start the car for about 30secs but occasionally it doesnt and the display goes straight to the mileage! Anyone else had this and any ideas why it happens? :confused:
