A new treat for the petrol blue today.. Washed and fitting will hopefully be tomorrow if the weather holds up, used the car daily all week for work and really starting to bond with it now, so much fun!

Yeh I was originally after anthracite 182 wheels but these where too much of a good deal to pass up! Still want some OE's aswell as these. I probably prefer them over turinis even!

I had a good look in your thread and again after your wheels were mentioned, yours looks mega clean on the silver wheels especially in that style, I've never liked turinis on silver though

Really like yours Ricardo, but no point me making it look the same, got have a little variation, I keep thinking about a really dusted gold type colour on the turinis, like Rays wheels type colour!

Thanks mate, I'm totally in 2 minds with the colour, some days I love it and other days I wish I had a different colour, mind you it's the first car people have actively commented on in the street to me, so that's a nice bonus.

Today the rear was raised 15 mm

Another step closer to perfection, full alignment done, drives straight and everything now..

Was thinking of buying new cup shocks front and rear and going for either cook sports or something similar, handles horrible at the minute, this is an early stage of the project guys and my intentions are to try rescue this car a bit and make it look better, will of course be done to my tastes...

Ohh trophy turinis from trophy no 470... Next on the list is to raise the rear a touch and some clean plates

Gave her a quick wash today, paintwork needs a good polish and I've not really paid much attention to the wheels as I might be getting something new on there tomorrow with a bit of luck, have some pics:

My old 172 that i owned twice, love this car man, and looks and souns awesome going round the track! jealous!

Haha mine was only washed 3 days before the pic! Still gets washed everyweek, but working on a steelworks isn't helping!
