Ive managed to get myself a pair of xenon headlights for my car. Before I fit them ide like to clean up the lenses, as they are a bit cloudy, and slightly scratched. Whats the best method for doing this. Any tips greatly appreciated.. I have a "Porter Cable" buffer so can use that if need.

Now finished the install of this steering spacer. Fine piece of kit from Italy. Thanks G.. The wires have been extended by aprox 100mm as bozo has said. That took some fiddling, but managed to do it.. Its just time consuming. BUT so well worth it. I can now drive the car in comfort... No issues...

Bozo. I made a start this weekend on my steering extension, and found exactly the same thing, the 1mm flat cables are a REAL pain, not only in stripping them but also soldering. I stopped before I ruined anything... Have you any tips on doing the job easier.??

Update time.. Had a look under both seats, and found nothing wrong, although after pushing the connectors together, the fault lights have gone,,, result.... Just to re-iterate, the connectors weren't apart, just obviously a bad contact.... Thanks chaps....

Ah.. Now its all fitting into place. Im guessing the screws that screw parts 1,3 + 6 together are also included. Also if i ordered one of the spacer pieces , will the longer M12 bolt still have enough thread on it to tighten up.? Thanks.
