Heel and toe will help your syncros last a tad longer. Will also make your downshifts WAY smoother, and quicker which is handy when you're just about to reach a corner and wanna be on the power as you turn in...
good news fella, there's a new turbo kit (low pressure) from holland (i think) and its about £2700. They were discussed on here recently. I think fred said something about testing them at the ring soon...
don't get the rear! it will be really anoyingly noisey and will prob damage your shocks! I noticed a difference with the front, slightly better steering feel and... maybe its just me but slightly better traction from standing start (noticed in the wet).. then again i notice the difference...

My yoz road system has been on for bout 3 weeks now and i'm loving it too, its the business!
Worth getting and easy to fit imo. Also worth changing your other engine mounts for nice new ones. Also slacken off the 4 bolts around the drivers side top engine mount, lever the top of the engine forward (i use a big bit of wood against my strut brace) and tighten the four bolts back up...
Nice one, did you notice a difference? I felt a slight difference through the steering - seems more precise.
