I have had a sum before the actuator and plugs problem - but like ivr said to then my old plugs may have been fine !! They are using a turbo smart bleed valve - which they explained holds boost too? It's something ill speak to them about possibly getting a mac boost solenoid

5th time lucky..... not -_-.... They changed the spark plugs over and put it for mapping again today - now at 1.2 bar it makes 314 bhp with 330 lbft.... But anything over 0.7 bar the turbo bleed valve boost passes and there is flat spots still.... now they're aiming this towards the actuator...

I have told them not to plug it back in - and I'm using iridium spark plugs,they were covered in black from the time I ran 630cc injectors on my base map so that could of made them abit shitty ! And thanks mate ! It's Deffo good power for that boost assuming it's a gt25!

Yes indeed : again more little issues - The car is making power amazingly ! It's making 300bhp and 300 lbft with 0.9 bar which is brilliant !!! But apparently there is a massive at 5000 rpm so they're trying to figure what the issue is : they thinking it's heading towards the plugs as obviously...

Ywah ramair did it - they done it very cheap tbf and atleast it's done by a big company like themselves - it's on the dyno again Monday for the 4th time... hope nothing else plays uo else the car is seriously going up for sale if it does I'm so skint it's unreal!

So the time has come - tomorrow I'm heading up to ktec for my mapping. Leaving at 6 am in the morning, they are looking it over before it mapped to double check if there's any issues. Had to remove both arch liners now as the other one was cap and was rubbing at 40. Stupid things! Wish me luck...

I used yhe gt2560r turbo - mapping I'd tomorrow but it needs exhaust housing drilling to fit m10 studs and nuts to manifold I got mine professionally done and andy g does this too the housing will need rotating too and mine didn't come with a turbo resistor so had to order one... I will let you...

There so much second hand cos the genuine YOZZA is very rare! I have a genuine myself and yhe btm exhaust sounds nothing like or as good as the genuine Yozza as it has a silencer. The genuine yozza is the best sounding exhaust for the mk2 clio by far... 300 is a good price for how rare original...
