I think the issue you may face is the Ph1 upper intake uses an idle control valve with the cable throttle, whereas the Ph2 uses the DBW to control idle.
I have to ask after seeing it a few times now, why do you want to block off the oil squirters? I would have thought the cooling would have been beneficial
Have actually just noticed this exact issue. Found on one side the rear wishbone nut had worked its way loose. Thought that would be it done and dusted. Issue still persists.
