Ideally you want to go to as small a wheel as possible that will give you sufficient brake clearance. Radical SR3/8 run 200/580 R15 front tyre which is on par with a 205/50/15

I think the issue you may face is the Ph1 upper intake uses an idle control valve with the cable throttle, whereas the Ph2 uses the DBW to control idle.

DBA would be my go to.

iirc there was an issue with the ferodo pads being too tight a fitment so the needed to be machined down where they sat in the carrier.

Have actually just noticed this exact issue. Found on one side the rear wishbone nut had worked its way loose. Thought that would be it done and dusted. Issue still persists. Please update when/if you find something.
