Timing belt kit on my Artic 182. I underestimated just how tight it was in the bay but my fingers paid the ultimate price :weary:
And yes all tools were used.
Not even sure if this light is to do with the Immobiliser but that's all I can imagine.

Seen this done all too many times in college.
If you aint got a magnet to retrieve the plug you can just re-insert the coil lead and then remove with the plug intact.
When my pre lambda went I bought the NTK one instead of the Bosch ones like people say. Been running fine after I cleared the code and it was cheaper. £37 IIRC
They can develop little niggles over time. I bought mine with a bonked dephaser and engine light on as well as needing new discs all around. At 72k I was happy and ive fixed a lot of the stuff myself with the belts planned for march.
Deffo listen to others here and check belts. They are costly...

Completely agree with this. I started with a 1.2 Campus Sport and sought about increasing my no claims and decreasing my premiums. Now after 2 years I have my 182 and my annual quote is bearable. I reccomend getting a credit card or borrowing one and paying your insuarance in full, in the long...
No problems really just it needs a cambelt kit done and rear discs. Sorted the discs but it wont be on the road untill atleast summer. Just held up in a freinds garage atmo. The tax on it was a shocker haha :astonished:
