    I did this a few weeks ago on my Williams.......right pain in the arse. Remove the cover (the rubber bit) with a screw driver or get a knife and cut it, then get some mole grips and twist. Easy.......you have got to destroy it really to get it off. New one just pushes on holds firmly in...
