1.5 DCI, when my right foot is to the floor the engine warning light comes on. It goes off again as soon as I stop accelerating hard. No loss of power, no other symptoms. Any ideas? Can anyone recommend a DIY code reader?

Just went to rotate my tyres and noticed the rears have worn very strangely. The outer half is OK, but the inner half has worn in stripes, so I now have a 20 sided tyre. Anyone else seen this? Perhaps I should ask Goodyear. They are the proper German ones, bought from mytyres.

Just got a new card through from the RAC and noticed that their terms and conditions had changed. The most obvious was that it said they would not cover any costs as a result of not having a serviceable spare wheel and tyre. Doesn't sound good for 172 CUP and 182 owners.
