182 engine replacement

Another ticky 182
Just wondering if anybody knows what this ticking could be. The cars just had the belts done and dephaser. The ticking gets louder when you Rev it too. I think the noise is coming from the injectors but I can't be sure. Thanks :)- Ash_haslam
