Only 197 pistons will increase the cr, to around 12.2:1 when using bare 182 engine.

I also have found Continental belt being "stretched" from new, as the tensioner does never jump in place...
Maybe the belt will be too long? Since the tensioner is lower on 182 head.
I've got this problem with tensioner position when going to 197 head and tap the idler in the same position as 182. Then was a pain to find a good diameter pulley.

Well, engine is assembled, engine loom is next and some sensors.
Was a pain to create an idler pulley for cambelt, as the original one does not fit anymore after ruining the tap hole🤦 and I was forced to modify the cambelt cover.

Not exactly what I want, but close enough.
The lightest piston+rod has 1gram difference from the heaviest one, but as a pair for 1 - 4 and 2 - 3 cylinder bore are close enough.
Based on f4r 736 manual, 1 gram is just fine.
The idea is that both airboxes have air feed bigger than throttle body, so I assume with the same material of air filter should be fine. Also r3 has a square filter, and not a cylinder shape.
I did get a brand new genuine one, without flange (as this is how new ones are), press the flange but not sure the exact position. As I have 3 pumps, 3 different values
