reading up on some other post i see the abs kicking in could be the rings but would this effect the TC?

Brakes are plenty of meat on the pads and the disc are not warped, its like the ABS is kicking in. I want to upgrade the suspension as currently fitted with Apex springs which don't seem to be the best and then just tidy up the inside. I like tinkering so probably will end up being more.
