why is it people say 17inch wheels slow your acceleration but if you look at mercs and other beasts they have at least 18inchs.new cars are coming out with bigger wheels and 0-60 times are the same or better.im not saying 17inchs are better for the clio but why do all fast cars run on huge...

last night i drove off a pavement onto the road the curb was a very low one about 3inch high.the front off the car didnt make a noise but the back groaned at me and now everytime i pull onto a drive or go over a speed bump it moans again.i have the cup packs any ideas young ladies :cry:
