    Gloucester(shire) (old) spots

Coming back from the MoT in my 182 I passed another RB 182 on the Presbury Road in Cheltenham this afternoon (54 plate I think). First time I've seen one on the road. Anyone here?

    Incorrect VIN via OBD2

Having had a search through here I think I need CLIP to change the VIN on the airbag ECU? In which case is there anyone in the north Gloucestershire area with CLIP who could do this when we're allowed out?

    Incorrect VIN via OBD2

There's pretty strong evidence that it has had a front end knock at some stage so that's probably what has happened. I wasn't too worried about it when using the fault code reader as I could manually set the car to CB22 but I've just got an RS Tuner and as it will be VIN locked I think it might...

    Incorrect VIN via OBD2

The OBD2 port on my 182 is giving me the wrong VIN - rather than a 2004 182 it's a 2002 1.5 diesel. As the car runs correctly I'm going to take a guess that the VIN is linked to the OBD2 module rather than the ECU and I don't need to worry about this too much... Or do I? cheers

    2005 RB 182 Cup

That's interesting. I've got a Sparco cage in my 182 with the rear seat folded and it's not caused a problem with the scrutineers at Prescott - the only coment on the interior so far has been "you've kept the parcel shelf, thank you". I'm not sure I could even fit the seat backs upright if...
