    Porsche 944

Anyone driven one? What are they like to drive/own? Reliability issues are really worrying me, but I'll have a few grand to spare if I trade in my 172 Cup against one, so that won't be too bad. Opinions?

    172 Cup value

Yeah it appears that a lot of garages have really overpriced them. They seem to be charging more for the Cup than the standard 172, whereas I always thought the 172 was worth more than the Cup?

    172 Cup value

Really? They seem to be going for much more than that on Auto Trader, and I was offered £6,900 for it part/ex today.

    172 Cup value

Hey everyone, just a quick query on what my car might be worth. It's a 53 plate 172 Cup in blue, covered only 19,990 miles. Everything standard, VERY slight scuff on a small part of one alloy (easily sorted) and a mark on the windscreen about the size of a pin head (very minor), other than...

    Renault Dealers

Was thinking of doing just that, but I have more finance outstanding than the car is currently worth. I don't mind paying a bit more money over the top of my new car, so long as I can get the finance on the 172 paid off.

    Renault Dealers

The 172 seems to be losing too much value at the moment. I think I'm going to trade in for an Ibiza TDi 130. Affordable, economical and pacy. Have really enjoyed the 172, though. Will be really sad to see it go. I've been offered £5k part ex for it, which isn't bad considering it's an import.

    Renault Dealers

Do they offer good part exchange prices? I have a 2002 Mk2 172 with 50k on the clock. It has 17 inch alloys on it aswell, was just wondering what you think would be a good part exchange value for it? I want to upgrade to a 182 or a 182 Cup. Which do you think would be the best to go for? It...

the way i look at it... insurers have bumped up the insurance prices way too much over the past few years. its never been harder to insure a car than it is now. some people have money and should therefore be able to afford a nice car and to run it. 5 years ago it was easy to insure a car...
