is it easy to take all of the headlight out of a 182? how do you do it

hi does anyone know how to lift the dashbord up so i can get my speedo out?iv took the silver trim off and uscrewd the bolts and took the top of the steering colum off. i try and lift it but it wont budge

hi i have just put on a k&n genaration 2 induction kit on my 182 it sounds amazing but theres no improvment in power i think it may have lost some. i no you are going to say they suck in hot air but the gen 2 has an heat sheld plus iv put the air feed to the front grill so it should have plenty...
