Lovely!
I find the spec on these is what makes me keep them long term. I’ve had so many BM’s where they’ve been poverty spec and I just don’t gel with them..
great purchase. 👌🏽
Your bonnet switch is probably faulty so someone has disconnected it. As per Matt’s pic above, whip it out (big boy!) and see if it’s connected or not.
In that case get a Pioneer Bluetooth mechless unit. They’re about the simplest to use. Some manufacturers make things impossible to use when you’re driving!
But then get yourself a wiring adapter for the hand controls and you’re golden.
(If you’re still on standard speakers they will last...
A fiesta ST makes a better daily and is (much) less costly to fix when it breaks.
197/200’s handle the best though. They’re epic!
Just not sure I’d want the repair costs of the Renaults now.
Negative. Our other one is still on though, 100%.
I locked it because it will just get spammed with chat and it’s a non starter.
Stop questioning Moderation or I’ll get Ron to change your name.
Everyone talks like a baller but they’re all potless.
I’m actually potless on Minimum wage and I’ve got more money than these people that drive Porsche’s seemingly. 😂

Hello! 👋
We are about to launch a very exciting new venue. Part of that venue has 10 x Full Motion FIA approved Racing Simulators.
We are the first in the country to use Triple 55 inch screens. We have full carbon Race seats (suit any weight and any height!) forced feedback steering wheels...
Thank you. We’ve got some newspaper coming in Friday to do a full page on us. So this week is going to be MENTAL busy.there is still sooooo much to do.
The wishbone that you’ve fitted, did you measure it up to see if it’s exactly the same as the OE one?
My mums old MR2 had the same issue (pulling left on acceleration and darting right when you let off) because it had one Non gen suspension arm and one genuine.
In their defence, when I asked you where you lived, you told me and I remember staring at you blankly. You then chipped up; “it’s basically Croydon”.
If you go around telling people you live in Croydon, you live in Croydon.
That’s an absolutely ridiculous quote.
My boss paid £12k to have the entire underneath and everything on top apart from the roof painted on a 4 door Sierra. That included 2 new sills and arch repair panels.
That very much seems like a price of “we don’t want this job but if he pays this...
The grey bits are to protect the face of the wheel and the boot floor. Metal on metal will scratch.
That’s about as good as you’ll get colour wise. They weren’t painted from factory. Only bits of overspray from when the shell was first painted.
Good work. Now get your wheels off and arch...
It’s not ‘that’ bad mate. I just had 2 x rear outer arches, one inner arch replaced, one sill replaced, one sill repaired, all painted and looking completely original on my 1989 Orion and it cost me £200 in parts, £800 cash to the welder, £1500 cash to the Bodyshop. And I couldn’t be happier...
Get yourself a pack of wire brushes, a couple of large and small drill attachments with wire brushes, and ideally a needle gun too.
Take as much stuff off the bottom of the car as possible. Rear beam and fuel tank definitely need to be removed.
Attack the lot, then see what you’re left with...
