hi all the problem is i've got a 172,02 reg and the heaters are always blowing hot air even when i've got it at min and also the blowers are always on high, on the screen you can turn them up and down but this makes no difference to what they actually do,i'm not sure if this is a relay or not...

when i press the a/c button it sounds as if it is coming on but no cold air comes through

yes the air is coming out just not cold

the car is out of warranty,does it need to go to the dealer to get the gas topped up?
