sorry for not getting back sooner it was the collent temp sensor i found out by diconnecting it when engine was running and ran like a bag of shite reconnected andthe revs picked up to normal so cleaned it up with some carb cleaner and never done it again

took me 6 hours to change mine very very fiddly with those white plastic spaces used cable ties to hold it all togeather so i could fit it onto the bar qite a few aches and pains afterwards once you get it all held togeather it is quite easy
