Oh aye. In Outlook goto Tools - Send/Recieve - Send/Receive Settings - Define Send/Receive Groups (or press CTRL-ALT-S). Edit the account. Click Account Properties and select the Advanced tab. There should be a tick box that says "leave messages on the server" Hope that helps Thanks Neil
