Thanks v-much for the info. I've had another look at the gear knob and it had a hidden grub screw under a rubber grip band around it. So all is great now, can remove the gear knob and fit the Richbrook she wants. Thanks again the info was really helpful.

My daughter has just got her first car a 2003 1.2 dynamique which she absolutly loves. However the person who had it before put a ripspeed gear knob on it now she wants to change it for a Richbook emblem gear knob. Can any one tell me how to get the ripspeed one off? it has 6 allen key bolts in...
