Picked up a new Xbox S as my old one broke a few days ago, so grabbed one with this in the deal, only to find out it had been put onto the Gamepass which I have ffs.
Its a good little arcade, car collecting game. Been using the pad as opposed to the wheel as just doesn't feel right, can't...
I checked that part picker site and there seemed to be a decent guide for one within my budget... something along those lines?

While it is a full size, I am questioning the laptop route due to the limitations and cost as...
Cheers for the help guys. My budget is around £1100 and the spec I posted was around that, I know I'm not going be able to run games on ultra for that price, but want something that will run them at a decent setting and won't be defunct in a year or so.
A small PC might be an option as I intend...
I was going to start a thread, but this one seems pretty rrelevant for the advice I’m after....
I’m looking to buy a gaming laptop (can’t have pc/tower etc... as nowhere to put it), people have said check out PCSpecialist and I’ve seen the following which is just within budget (absolute max)...
Gave this another blast today before the free weekend ended and it felt like I was playing different game! When I played on thurs it was a mess... couldn’t get into one squad game, took 10 mins+ to get into a game, was bouncing around on the map and warping from part to the next, buildings were...
Speaking of DIRT have you seen the new game out called Gravel... yes, GRAVEL! lol Basically a rally game thats a little more acrade'y. Played the demo and seemed a bit like Sega Rally/V-Rally.
Still not finished MGS V, Fallout 4, Batman Arkham Knight, Doom...
Last night I lost Prawn 1. He fought well but in the end there was nothing I could do.
I returned to the place in which he took his final boost and released a Beacon to mark his memory, we will never forget.
Rise Prawn MKII, I hope you can serve me half as well as Prawn 1.
Thought so lol Not cured myself yet. My game usually goes: 'Right I just need to collect some Coppe... Oh whats that down there? (Two hours later)' lol
Haha Not completed the story yet. I've just built the boosters, but am a bit reluctant to plough through and do the rest in case I leave the planet and the game ends and I can't get back to my stuff! lol
The cyclops is awesome! Love that you can carry your seamoth or prawn around in it too, though the prawn can be a pain to dock.
I’m building my second base now since getting materials is easy now. Got two moonpools (one for each [emoji6]), storage rooms complete with labelled lockers for...
Yeah, I've been off work so this has kept me busy lol.
No idea how far into the story I am. At the moment I've just got my scanner room packed up and am going around unloading it here and there to harvest materials onto my cyclops and then back to my base. Everytime I think theres nothing more...
The Cyclops is awesome, even carries your little Seamoth! And you can use the Habitat tool in there, which means you can very well journey for however long you like and not have to rush back to your base for food, water, recharge batteries etc...
One tip I'd give is when you get the radio...
Cracked on with the story and got some good stuff. Started building a little base and no sooner had I got power to it, the hull gave way and started flooding, obviously lol Now got to venture about for lithium to reinforce it.
I’m off work at the moment and it is pretty much taking up all my...
Plowed about 13 hours into this so far, can’t put it down!
Got the Seamoth which just changed the game again, what a nifty little sub! Just awesome manoeuvring that thing through the little cave tunnels, incredibly atmospheric.
I can make those big tubes you can access and walk around in, but...
I've taken the plunge (see what I did there). Also restarted in survival as it didn't seem to save from the trial anyway, hoping the eating and drinking gets a bit easier/relaxed as it gets on.
Ploughed a few hours into it earlier but not got very far, but its really good so far.
Will give this a bash, really hate the Caterhams especially playing on the wheel, so I only gave the last one a quick shot before I rage quit because I'm pathetic lol
Downloaded the 60 min trial for this earlier (Xbox One), really intrigued. Got as far as a scanner, bigger water tank and that was about it! (I played the mode where you had Oxygen and could get hurt, but didn't need to eat and drink)
It looks great and was really fun from the hour I played...
Formula X would be a right load round Long beach lol The RX and RX Lites are great fun for enclosed tracks like this though.

I've been trialling a few cars here and there in 1-2 hour races. So far I find the most enjoyment in LMP1's and it requires less braking and turning to get round the track, which means my body should last out longer than if I'm driving a car that requires heavier braking and steering...
e.g...
In the coming weeks I'm going to be raising money for the children's ward of my local hospital with the help of this game.
I got the idea off another forum and the plan/challenge is to do the full 24hr Le Mans race. Using my G920, doing the entire race myself bar when I stop for food and get...
I've got it on the Xbox One and the only thing you can seem to adjust is the FFB settings, unless I'm missing something? But then it seems pretty bang on and I've had no problems with it.
Cheers, might give it a go, they're about £20 on ebay.
I've heightened my seating position and that seems to have helped a bit as I can apply the force needed more easily (I've only small, weak little legs lol). I've found no problems with the wheel itself so far and handles pretty good.
Only played offline and have TC on, but ABS off. I like the G920 brake pedal as I find its more helpful, especially with the likes of Project Cars and F1 2017. But with Assetto Corsa the cars seem to lock up really easy, even with a small amount of pressure. Do I need to adjust something or is...
