I was running 3.1.2 on a 3G. I followed the instructions from the OP exactly - ie downloaded the 3.0 ISPW, ran Redsnow, chose the IPSW, it spent ages installing, phone rebooted itself but now it's no different - no sign of Cydia. Anyone got any ideas what I've done wrong? Cheers!

You won't have any issues with Milltek's warranty mate - I had an issue with a tailpipe on mine. I contacted them direct, sent some pics and they sent a new one out no bother. Your best contacting them direct rather than going through K-tec.
