The pins are a 'Molex crimp' type.
I would drill out the pins in both the header and socket and feed wires through which are connected to the relevant part of the PCB and harness.
Or, you could cut away the plastic and just solder the wires back onto the molex crimps.
you can only run four low power speakers off ANY headunit. so your alba (and new pioneer) is being over loaded, hence the crackling. this is the setup you need.
I had this a few weeks back. It turned out to be a bad connection on the ECU loom connector (pin1 : coils 2-3). As the pin socket is hard to get to I just took the the connector on and off fifteen times and it seems to have sorted it out. This was showing up as two faults - open circuit 2-3...
either:
the LED bulb is not getting enough voltage - proven by running the engine to top up the battery voltage to 14V when the LED bulb is fitted
or
the LED bulb is not drawing enough current and so confusing the ECU driver circuitary
