My dipped beam is now stopped working, I think because of a faulty relay/fuse, where is the location of the relays and fuses for the headlights' dipped beam, they dont seem to be under the glovebox?

How are they done. Id like to find a bracket which attaches to the windscreen/dash which would hold a camera or high quality phone for recording, any of you small screen legends can help?
