yeah, ill be back in the clio as from tomorrow as i only had the cupra insured for a week so i could pick up on any bits that need doing. as it happens there are a few little bits and bobs but ill do them now that it will be coming off the road.

i took mine to rs tunning and pretty much got the same sort of results at first. was making 153 atf but they changed the plugs and knock sensor and that boosted it to 163 bhp without the map. the map then took it to 170 with it on 120,000 on the clock but it has had a bloody good life. all...

the measurement is taken from the inlet manifold but thats what i was saying, if the pipework is the same size how does it cause more air to go through without an increase in pressure. i probly sound really stupid lol.

from what ive heard, yes.

so its more to do with the volocity of air that the turbo pushes through, i understand how that makes more power, just thought that this would cause an increase in pressure as more air would be being pushed into the same amount of space.

A few friends and I were just haveing a heated discussion on how a bigger turbo creates more power. My thoughts are if a smaller turbo is running 2 bar through the boost pipe system and is swapped for a bigger turbo on the same boost pipe system at the same pressure, the power will be the same...

cheers mate :) . just keep flatting them with 1500 wet and dry with a rubber flatting block and plenty of water untill the film has all gone. then do it again with the 2000 wet and dry to get rid of the scratches left from the 1500. then machine polish them with a cutting compound like g3 and...

i just put new standard ones on mine but if you can afford it then go for some solid adjustable ones.

there is no glass behind it, the rear screen arcs behind the trim. thats why i did it otherwise i would have just put a grommet in the hole in the glass

stop being a gay and fit them yourself lol. id get new top mounts whilst your at it too. save having to take it all apart to change them and they are probly fooked anyway lol
