Thinking of buying one of these off eBay, For last 2 years I've had an intermittent Abs light, engine management and now I've got an intermittent misfire (done the usual plugs and noticed coilpack was damaged so changed it, resistance in leads is fine too ) plugs are showing nothing unusual...

Best thing i can suggest to do is put the locker in a vice and use a punch to try straighten the locker back up, then try tapping it in with a hammer, use a proper socket and a strongbar to release it.

The top cap is there for the front shocks (the part that sits on the inside of the spring and then the bearing on top) you basically just plonk your old top mount and bearing ontop of that cap, and then fit as per norm. Remove the one thats on them at the mo though, they look like theyre off...
There isn't any adjustment in them, They are all s**t, They just bolt up with 10mm bolts around the outsides and T30s IIRC on the top.
