I've just bout the 1.6 16v Dynamique and have the same problem. It starts fine, but that immediately stools. To get it started i need to rev quite a bit it then sits at just over 1000 revs, (someone said the choke is keeping it up there). But if a stoll it after driving for a while, it starts...
