So it seems i best get down the gym and then get myself a sledge hammer or the likes....!! Just a bit worried that hitting it too hard is going to knacker the bearings etc.......then the whole idea of saving money is down the pan!! Hepefully the WD40 will have worked a dream and they'll slide...

Evening All Well tried the heat gun but no chance it was ever going to get hot enough to expand it, might have to purchase a small blow torch tomorrow. have soaked it in WD40 in the hope that overnight it may help a bit, so will try again tomorrow evening...... Any other suggestions are...

Thanks guys, i have tried hitting them both but to no avail. I'll try a little heat, what do you suggest a blow torch or by any chance would a heat gun do it enough?
